Welcome to Eternity Vault, a service operated by Eternity Vault LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use Eternity Vault

You must meet the minimum age required in your country (and be at least 13) and be able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of the memories, photos, videos, stories, and other content you add. You grant us the permission we need to store, display, and preserve your content in order to run the service for you and to show it to the people you choose.

Being a good member

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent moments you weren't part of.
• Attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service.
• Use the service to harm, deceive, or exploit others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content and block other members within the app.

Member-to-member sales

Some features may let members offer their own products to one another. Any such sale is strictly between the members involved. Eternity Vault is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for them.

Preservation and memorialization

Eternity Vault is designed to preserve journeys over the long term, including after a member has passed away. Memorialized journeys are kept as their author left them. Details are described within the app.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Eternity Vault running and to protect your memories, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
